S-Beam - is it legal

Samsung is really proud of this cool feature – S-Beam that allows two devices to transfer data between each other by holding them back to back. How cool is that? It is very cool, but not useful.

How often you need to send any file to your friend who is close enough to hold smartphone back to back. What files will you want to send? Lets see:

Urls – I can send using iMessage and it will be better. No need to hold devices back to back and no need to be in the same room.

I cannot think up anything else. Actually I know what exactly will send most of Samsung S3 users - MP3 files. But that is not legal. I wonder why Sony, Warner Music Group, Disney Music Group etc. allow this. Just take a look how much money Apple has got from Samsung just for copying design. It is possible to get one more billion for ability illegally copying music files between devices.
